PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST
• Allow four weeks for the communication process to be accomplished.
• Evaluate the return on investment. ie. time spent creating an image and marketing plan if you and/or your team don't promote.
• Receive proper approval from your team leader or campus pastor.

If your event is at Cornerstone, you must first reserve your space and by submitting a Facility Reservation Form located at cornerstonechurch.family/resources
Your event cannot be advertised until this is complete.

Please include the all details related to your promotional requests. Depending on current bandwidth in our communication methods and availability of creative team, not all requests can be granted.
*Deadline for all materials to be submitted (i.e., artwork, text, photos) is three weeks before the final product is needed. For external printing, (banners, large posters, etc.) a green slip must be submitted by you or ministry leader.
*PLEASE NOTE: Production on this project cannot begin until applicable artwork, text, or photo materials have been received, and approval for any external printing budget expenses has been confirmed.
*While we want to be accommodating, please understand the final design will be at the sole discretion of the Marketing Team based on Cornerstone advertising policies.
